R&D Intern – Circular Materials - Careers

About the Role

We’re offering a hands-on internship for a curious and motivated student who wants to dive into real-world circular material development. You’ll support day-to-day experimentation, work closely with the founder, and learn what it takes to turn recycled inputs into next-gen composites — from lab to pilot scale.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sample preparation, material testing, and property evaluation
Support data collection and help document experimental results
Participate in test runs on the pilot line with the founder
Help maintain lab/workshop cleanliness and safety protocols
Contribute ideas and observations from a fresh perspective

Requirements

Enrolled in a BS or MS program in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in circular materials and sustainability
Comfortable in a lab or workshop environment
Curious mindset and willingness to learn by doing
Basic communication skills in English or Polish
