About the Role

Join our pilot production line as a Production Engineering Intern. You’ll support hands-on tasks related to sustainable composite manufacturing while learning how circular materials are brought to life in a real industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with setup and operation of production equipment
Help monitor and document production parameters
Support material prep, batching, and quality checks
Contribute to process improvement and workflow suggestions
Work closely with the founder and technical team

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an engineering, materials, or industrial design program
Hands-on mindset and interest in manufacturing environments
Ability to learn quickly and follow safety protocols
Basic communication skills in English or Polish
Open to new challenges and fast-paced learning
