About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and practical Circular Materials Scientist to drive the next generation of sustainable composite formulas. You’ll help expand our material portfolio based on market needs, test new inputs, and support our production with insights rooted in real-world performance — not just lab theory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test new material formulations for our clean composite line
  • Analyze performance, durability, and circularity of input combinations
  • Collaborate with production on scale-up, tolerances, and cost factors
  • Explore waste streams or renewable sources as new feedstock options
  • Document experiments clearly — but stay close to the factory floor
  • Contribute to the vision of scalable, clean, local materials

Requirements

  • PhD or MSc in Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of composites, fibers, and thermoplastic systems
  • Hands-on experience in material testing, iteration, and scaling
  • Interest in circular economy and low-impact production
  • You learn by doing and adapt quickly
  • Good written/spoken English (Polish a plus)

Benefits

  • Real influence in shaping a next-gen materials startup
  • Cross-functional work with founder, engineering, and external labs
  • R&D space with pilot production line on site
  • Flexible hours and deep focus time encouraged
  • A chance to prove that clean materials can be beautiful and industrial
