About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Lead who can help us grow from a technical pilot into a market-ready force in circular composite materials. You’ll shape our go-to-market strategy, open doors, and work directly with the founder to turn ideas and early demand into real customers and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our outreach to potential partners and customers across Europe
  • Develop pitch decks, value props, and entry strategies for different sectors
  • Build our partner pipeline — from first contact to closing the deal
  • Support grant, public tender, or pilot partnership proposals
  • Be the voice of the market internally — informing our product and R&D decisions

Requirements

  • Strong commercial instincts with experience in B2B sales, technical marketing, or partnerships
  • Understanding of materials, manufacturing, or circular economy themes
  • You’re proactive, persistent, and don’t wait for permission to make things happen
  • You can speak the language of engineers and translate value to customers
  • Comfortable operating solo while building toward a larger commercial team
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Polish a plus)
